Chinese Traditional Cross Stitch

The above image is from traditional Chinese art: Paper cut. The two mandarin ducks( 鸳鸯) are traditional Chinese symbole for a loving couple. It is said these two mandarin duck are never seperated with each other. Now Chinese people still use these symbol decorations in wedding ceromony and wish the new couple will live happily ever after.
